To ensure that Pinewood Resort is accepted by public and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities. Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.   Pinewood Resort Terms, Conditions & Policies 1. Hotel Booking & Check-in/Checkout Policy: #Standard Check-In at 12.00 noon , Standard Check-Out at 10.00 am. Early check in/Late Check out (subject to availability) may incur additional charges Late check out stay up till 2.00pm to 5.00pm will incur 50% of Room Tariff. #One Day Picnic Check in 9.00 am, Check out 5.00pm #Rooms Available for Day Use from 11.00 Am onwards (Subject to availability) #Valid Govt. IDs (Addhaar, Pan Card etc) Is required at the time of check in. #Minimum 50% or full Payment is required for a confirmation; Balance Payment must be done at the time of check in. #Billing will be done as per confirmed / minimum guaranteed guest count or as on actuals if higher (No Refunds or adjustments will be accepted.)  
  1. Children 0 to 4 years: Complimentary (2 kids per couple), 5 to 11 years : Child rate applicable as per package (Applicable against Double Room booking), 12 years and above will be charged at adult rates.
 
  1. Payment Policy:
We accept payments via: #UPI - Bhim / Google Pay / Paytm / PhonePe / RUPAY & in Cash NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / Debit Card. Payment via credit card will attract a 2.5 Conveyance fee (Including GST) #Payments made via any payment link or online booking payment gateway will attract a conveyance fee as per the mode of payment selected. #Amex & International Cards are not accepted  
  1. Meal Timings, Food & Beverage Policy:
#Breakfast: (8:30 Am - 10:30am), Lunch: (1:30pm 2:45pm) Eve: Tea with Snacks (4:30 Pm - 5.45pm) &Dinner: (9pm To 10:45pm) #All Buffet meals are served in the designated buffet dining area and cannot be carried away to the rooms as in room meals. #Ala Carte Orders from Menu Card are available for dining at the Rooms or in the Restaurant & Buffet Dining area. # No Outside Food Wil Be Permitted to Be Cooked on Resort & No Outside Food & Beverage Is Allowed at the resort. #Consumption of Alcohol is Strictly Permitted on the Resort Premises.  
  1. Swimming Pool Timings & Rules
# Pool  Timings (10am To 6.30pm).  Lunch Break pool is closed: 1.30pm to 2:30 Pm. All guests must wear appropriate swimming costumes or dry-fit clothes. The use of Cotton or any other type of clothing is strictly prohibited in the pool area.  
  1. Damage or Loss Policy:
#Any Damage or Loss of Items In The Room/Property Will Be Charged As Per The Cost of repair or replacement Of Item. #Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings as Pinewood Resort is not liable for the damage, misplacement or loss of any such belongings. In case of any misplacement of guest belongings, kindly inform the front office or help desk along with an entry into the lost and found register to be able to help us facilitate the pursuit of the lost item and can communicate swiftly with you on the same.  
  1. Cancellation Policy
# No Refunds for Cancellations Last Minute or Within 48hrs Before Check In. Full Package Amount Will Be Deducted. # Cancellation Within 7days To 48hrs Before Check In, 50% amount or advance paid will be deducted #Any Cancellations last minute or within 7 days period due to a Medical Reason/ Emergency, supporting documents must be sent via email. This may include medical certificates, accident reports, or any other relevant documentation which will be used for verification purpose. On approval, a credit voucher for the amount received will be issued and the voucher must be used within 3 months of the issuance and will not be valid on blackout days or long Weekends and vacation period and subject to availability. A fresh booking with revised tariff will be applied as per travel date. # Cancellation At Any Time Upto 7 Days Before Check In, Processing Fee Rs.1500/- Per Room Is Applicable or Credit note of 60 Days will be given Subject to availability. A fresh booking with revised tariff will be applied as per travel date.  
  1. No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show, where you fail to arrive without prior cancellation or notification, the full reservation amount will be charged and the room will be held for upto 2/3 hours of check in time.
  Other Resort Rules & Regulations
  1. Do not use the guest rooms for purposes other than intended without authorization.
  2. Do not light fire in the passage or guest rooms for heating or cooking.
  3. To prevent fire, refrain from smoking on bed, in non-smoking rooms, and in any other places prone to catch fire.
  4. The equipment and articles in guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, inside the guest rooms, use of such equipment and articles by outsiders is prohibited.
  5. Be careful not to move the articles in the Hotel or guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.
  6. Do not change the position of the gadgets and fixtures in the Hotel or guest rooms without permission.
  7. Do not bring the following inside the hotel premises: a. Explosives, or articles containing volatile oils that may ignite or catch fire or any other articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the Hotel f
  8. Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises by any other actions inside the Hotel or guest rooms, as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying in the Hotel.
  9. Refrain from engaging into gambling or acts that violate public order and morals inside the Hotel or guest rooms.
  10. Do not distribute advertisement goods or sell articles to the other guests or collect donation or signatures from them inside the Hotel premises, without proper permission.
  1. Note that we may refuse stay to patients suffering from an illness that may cause discomfort of any kind to the other guests inside the Hotel.
  2. Do not leave your personal belongings in the passages or the lobby.
